1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Metro cities: 2–4 working days

  • Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote areas: 5–8 working days
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen events.

2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, orders above ₹499 enjoy free shipping across India. Orders below ₹499 incur a standard ₹49 shipping charge.

3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at sabhumshopping@gmail.com or +91-8108512234. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

4. How do I return or exchange a product?
Return/exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery with a complete unboxing video. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Credit/Debit cards, UPI, Netbanking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for select pin codes.

6. Do you deliver to all pin codes in India?
We ship Pan-India to all serviceable pin codes. If your pin code is unserviceable, we will contact you to cancel the order and refund your payment.

7. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track it in real-time on the courier partner’s website.

8. What should I do if my order is damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video. Without the video, replacements or refunds cannot be processed.

9. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within India. For bulk or export inquiries, please contact our support team.
