We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and ensure smooth order processing.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel your order:

If the order has not been packed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Note: Cancellation requests via Instagram DMs, Facebook messages, or unofficial channels will not be accepted.
2. Order Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, please accept the delivery and initiate a return request according to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. COD Order Cancellation

COD orders may require confirmation via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp

Unconfirmed COD orders may be automatically cancelled after a few hours

Frequent cancellations of COD orders may result in disabling COD for future purchases
4. Prepaid Order Refunds
If your prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method (UPI, wallet, credit/debit card, etc.). Refunds typically reflect within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Seller Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:

Product is out of stock or discontinued

Invalid or incomplete address information

Order flagged as suspicious or high-risk by our payment gateway or fraud detection system
In such cases, you will be notified and issued a full refund if payment has already been made.
